Kimberly Whitehead worked with us for two years. We wanted to move back to the area and would watch for possible homes from 500 miles away. Then when something seemed to be a possibility Kim would research, locate and provide requested documents/information, and schedule walk throughs. Time and time again the homes were just not quite right. If I had been in Kim's shoes I would have given up on us-- as fickle and unreasonable buyers. But Kim was ALWAYS patient, positive, and responsive. Finally-- after more time than could have been imagined-- we found the perfect home and Kim facilitated our negotiations, inspections, and ultimate purchase. We could not have asked for a better broker than Ashley when buying our dream home in our dream location. We are experienced home buyers and have been looking for a home that met some specific criteria: no tsunami flooding risk, beach access, livable home that wasn’t sliding off a cliff or in a Geotech or earthquake hazard zone and most importantly safe, drinkable water—nothing with arsenic which is prevalent on many island properties.
